"Cute pieces, and I guess the price makes sense"
I ordered a few things for around the house, they turned out cute. I wasn’t expecting the quality to be that good for the price, so I’ll give them that. Maybe I was a little skeptical for no reason, but everything looks nice in my place and feels worth what I paid

"Cute shop, but a bit pricey"
I popped in while I was out shopping and it’s a really cute little store. Lots of nice stuff to look at, and the staff was friendly too. The prices were a little higher than I was expecting, kind of like... but still a fun place to browse.

"Better than I expected"
I was expecting it to look good based on the photos, but it actually showed up looking even nicer in person. The materials feel sturdy and not cheap at all, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and I’d definitely order again.

"Honestly smoother than I expected"
I ordered a few gifts and, to be honest, I was half expecting at least one small mix-up since that seems to happen a lot with colors or quantities. But everything showed up exactly how I picked it, with the right items, right colors, and nothing missing.

The box was packed well enough and the receipt matched the order, so there wasn’t any need to chase anyone down or send an email. It was uneventful in the best way, which was actually more than I expected.

My Sugarboo & Co order showed up packed really nicely. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside was secure, which I definitely appreciate with home decor pieces!

Nothing was damaged or messy when I opened it, and the packaging had a cute, simple look without feeling overdone. Just a nice little touch that made the whole unboxing feel good :)

I’d been checking a few other stores and kept running into the same “out of stock” situation, so I was relieved to find everything here. The order went through without any hassle, and nothing mysteriously disappeared after checkout. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the whole experience a lot less annoying

I ordered a personalized piece from Sugarboo & Co., and I kind of went in using my usual shortcut of assuming personalized gifts are either amazing or look a little rushed. This one definitely landed on the good side. The name and details were all right, nothing looked cheap, and shipping was smooth enough that I didn’t have to think about it. It made the gift feel a lot more thoughtful without me having to overcomplicate things. I’d definitely order again

I was a little unsure what to expect when I ordered it, especially since online photos can be hit or miss, but it ended up working out well. The colors are maybe a bit warmer in person than they looked on my screen, though not in a bad way. After setting it up and looking at it for a bit, I’d say it’s accurate to the photos overall.

I had an issue pop up and, i was fully expecting the usual back-and-forth nonsense where you wait forever and get some copy-paste reply. But nope, they got back to me really quickly and actually fixed the problem. Wild concept, right? It was such a relief to deal with support that didn’t make everything harder than it needed to be

"Sweet little reminders around the house"
I got a few pieces with quotes on them, and I’ve noticed they kind of make the whole room feel warmer. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like little messages like that set a nice tone without being too cheesy. Shipping was totally fine, and based on how these turned out, I can definitely see myself ordering more as gifts.
